Become a Volunteer at The Center!

The Center is a volunteer-based organization. We rely on volunteers to help with the success of one of Cincinnati’s fastest growing and most recognized community service organizations. A number of fulfilling volunteer opportunities are available within The Center for the individual who wants to give back to the community. Whether it's helping with the day-to-day operations of The Center or Special Events, such as Pride Alive, Out Reels, or Pride Night, there is something for everyone.

Facilitators & Team Leaders

Facilitator and Team Leaders are volunteers from within our community. They usually have a connection with the GLBT community through previous activities or events. As a Facilitator or Team Leader, you will be responsible for becoming a group leader and help develop The Center’s programs.

You can begin the volunteer process by completing an application form. Upon completion of the form, you are required to submit to a criminal background check.
